Managing and Founding Partner
Kenneth R Alleyne MD is the founder and managing partner of Harthaven Partners. He has over 20 years’ experience consulting to investment firms in the public and private markets. Dr. Alleyne has spoken at domestic and international conferences on healthcare and has represented clients through FDA processes. He founded HartHaven in 2010 with the goal of leveraging the best active and current healthcare knowledge toward an investment thesis
Harthaven partners with over 30 affiliated professionals, representing virtually every area of clinical and basic science. The firm has lead diligence and investment research across the waterfront in healthcare. Believing that active clinicians and scientists provide the best insights, Dr. Alleyne is a board-certified sports medicine orthopedic surgeon who continues to maintain practices in Connecticut and Manhattan. He is an attending surgeon across multiple hospital systems and has held faculty appointments domestically and internationally. Dedicated to improving his community he currently chairs the board of the Connecticut Health Foundation and serves on the boards of the University of Connecticut Health Center, the Louis Armstrong Educational Foundation and Connecticut Public Television and Radio. In 2020 he participated on the Governor’s re-open committee to address the challenges for communities in Connecticut recovering amidst the global pandemic. Dr Alleyne is a graduate of Williams College and completed his medical training at Wake Forest University. Residency training was undertaken at Howard University Hospital and he subsequently completed a fellowship in sports medicine, knee and shoulder surgery at Yale University. Further training in tissue engineering and biologic matrices was carried out at the Harvard- MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology. He is an avid skier, jazz enthusiast and cyclist. He lives in West Hartford with his wife Shaun Biggers, MD and their two children

Michael Kinne brings over 20 years of healthcare and executive leadership experience to NextLevel Health Partners. He is viewed nationally as a content expert in the care and service delivery to specialty populations, including but not limited to persons with spinal cord injury/disease, intellectual/developmental disabilities (“IDD”), serious and persistent mental illness (“SPMI”) and programs for the all-inclusive care for the elderly (“PACE”).
Mr. Kinne has extensive experience and expertise in the outreach, education and care to complex/vulnerable populations, specifically Medicaid and Medicare. Most recently Mr. Kinne served as the President of Centene Corporation’s Illinois Medicaid Health Plan, focused on serving Seniors and Persons with Disabilities. Mr. Kinne held senior executive roles with Fortune 500 Health Care Companies for 19 years. These roles include Corporate Vice President of Specialty Populations and Product Development for AmeriGroup Corporation’s Medicaid/Medicare Division, Corporate Vice President of Product Development & Marketing for Aetna’s Medicare Division and Chief Marketing Executive for WellMed Medical Management (a $1 billion provider group recently sold to United Healthcare) and Corporate Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Pacificare Health Systems (acquired by United Healthcare). Mr. Kinne was trained in the field of clinical gerontology and healthcare administration at Baylor University and the University of Southern California.

Keith Wolski is an accomplished senior health care executive, with extensive leadership and management experience in health care finance and operations. He brings nearly 20 years of expertise in driving strategic planning, financial management, and operational analytics. Strengths include achieving balanced scorecard results, budgeting, forecasting, and service operation goals.
Mr. Wolski has a strong track record for meeting organic growth targets, business expansion, cost containment, and profitability. Mr. Wolski’s health care leadership experience spans across the entire health care continuum. Most recently, Mr. Wolski successfully oversaw the start-up of Centene Corporation’s Illinois Medicaid operations. Prior to that he served as the Regional Vice President of Finance at United Health Group’s Medicaid Division where he was responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the Midwest Region that produced annual revenue of over $800M annually. Mr. Wolski also has an entrepreneurial side, as he Co-founded Care Collaborative Home Health Services, Inc., a licensed Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency serving primarily the needs of Chicago’s underserved, urban-based home health patients. Keith received his BA in Health Care Administration from Southern Illinois University and an MBA with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Keith is also an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and an Illinois Licensed Securities Broker.
